Narrator:Ladies and gentlemen! Today we are going to tell you absolutely another story… It was happened in small foreign country between a little girl andNutcracker.

Scene 1

Mary: Today is Christmas Eve.

Fritz: Our godfather will come soon and bring us amazing presents.

Mary: Yeah! I like his presents. Входит крестный.

Godfather:Hey-hey…MerryChristmas,mydarlings!

Дети подходят к крестному, улыбаясь.

Fritz and Mary: Good evening, godfather!

Godfather: I have a wonderful present for you.

Fritz and Mary: What a beautiful palace with fantastic golden towers! Дети в восторге рассматривают подарок.

Fritz:Letusgointothispalace!Let the people come out.

Godfather: I’m sorry, they can’t. They are only toys.

Fritz: What a pity! We have so fantastic toys but we can’t play with them. Our parents give us ordinary toys and they are much better.

Дети грустно осматриваются по сторонам. Подходят к ёлке.

Mary:Look!There is a little soldier in a red jacket, black boots and a hat. Берётеговруки.

Fritz: He has a very short body, thin legs and a huge mouth. Faugh! He is ugly.

Mary: Don’t say so. I like his friendly face and kind eyes. Whoisit?

В комнату входят родители.

Godfather: It is a Nutcracker.

Фриц начинает колоть им орехи, но суёт ему слишком большие орехи и вдруг три зуба выпадают изо рта Щелкунчика. Мэри кричит и отбирает его у Фрица.

Mary:Whatyou’vedone!

Mother: It’s time to go to bed.

Mary: Just five more minutes, mom! Всеуходяткроме

Мэри. How pale and unhappy you are. Кладётегоподёлку.

What a strange noise. It comes from behind the walls.

Устрашающая музыка, появляются мыши, а за ними мышиный король. Мыши дерутся с солдатиками из дворца.

What a noise! Brave little soldiers are dying! How can I help them? Мэри снимает туфлю, бросает в мышиного короля. Становится тихо и темно.

Scene 2

Мэри лежит на полу, заходит отец и мать, она просыпается.

Mary: The Mouse king wanted to kill the

Nutcracker! Is he safe?

Mother: Don’t worry, dear. He is fine. Подаетейщелкунчика.

Mary: But why is he so sad?

Mother: Now, listen to me very carefully. I’ll tell you a story.

Все садятся, мама начинает рассказывать историю.

One day a king of a land far away had a party. He asked the Queen to make the best meat pies for their guests. When she came to the kitchen, she saw a Mouse Queen.

Mouse Queen: Give me some meat, please. I am a Queen too!

Королева дает ей мясо и затем приходят другие мыши и съедают всё мясо.

King: Kill them all!

Soldier 1: I am brave and strong soldier! I will protect our house.

Soldier 2: Go away and don`t forget your tails!

Солдатыубиваютмышей

Mouse Queen: You killed my children and my friends! So watch out for your little Princess!

Подбегает к принцессе и превращает её в дурнушку.

King: Our little girl! We will try to help you! What must we do? How can we help our daughter? She is so unhappy.

Astronomer:Смотритназвёзды. The Crackatook nut! A young man will crack it with his teeth and give it to the Princess with his eyes closed. Then, he will take seven steps back. If all goes well, the Princess will get her beauty back.

King: Thank you for your advice. I’ll do my best.

Mother: It took some years to find the Crackatook and the young man! Many princes tried to crack the Crackatook nut but they couldn’t. Only one boy managed to do it easily. He gave this nut to the Princess with his eyes closed. When it was his seventh step back, there came a fat mouse.

The young man couldn’t see it and fell down. The next moment he became ugly.

Princess: He looks like a nutcracker. I will never marry him!

Astronomer: Poor young boy! I can see your future. You will become handsome again if you kill the Mouse King and if a beautiful girl loves you.

Scene 3

Мэри спит, просыпается от противного голоса.

Mouse King: Give me all your chocolate! All your sweets! All your books! Or I will kill the Nutcracker!

Nutcracker: Dear girl, don’t give anything to the Mouse King. Give me a sword and I will fight him!

Mary: I have a bright shiny toy sword in the cupboard. Достаёт меч и подаёт его щелкунчику. Takeit,braveboy!

Щелкунчик сражается с мышиным королём и побеждает.

Nutcracker: My dear Mary, the Mouse King is gone now. This golden crown is yours! Now I want to show you something wonderful. Will you come with me?

Princess 1: Hello Nutcracker!

Princess 2: We are so glad to see you and your guest.

Princess 3: Who that girl? What`s her name?

Nutcracker: Hello dear sisters. I am very glad to see you. I hope you are fine. This is Lady Mary. She saved my life.

Princesses: Thank you, Lady Mary. You are so brave and beautiful.

Артисты, взявшись за руки, кланяются и уходят со сцены.
