Методическая разработка урока английского языка по теме: TheGoldenRing. Разработка основана на материалах УМК «Английский язык» под редакцией Ю.А.Комаровой.

Темаурока: The Golden Ring.

Цель урока: Научить обучающихся рассказывать об истории и культуре городов Золотого Кольца. Выполнить проект.

Задачи:

Учебные: Развивать умения во всех видах речевой деятельности с опорой на междисциплинарный материал, повествующий о городах золотого кольца, формировать умения ведения проектной деятельности. Расширение лингвистического кругозора.

Развивающие:Развитие творческойфантазии и инициативы обучающихся, развитие языковых. Познавательных способностей, ценностных ориентаций, чувств и эмоций обучающихся, готовность к коммуникации.

Планируемые УУД:Стремление доступно представлять родную культуру средствами английского языка. Воспитание уважительного отношения к своей стране, гордость за ее достижения и успехи; формирование чувства патриотизма через знакомство с ценностями родной культуры.

Методы и формы работы: Применение метода проектной деятельности и технологии смыслового чтения. Чередование индивидуальной, парной и групповой форм работы.

Оборудование: Компьютер, учебник, фотографии с видами городов, карточки-задания.

Ход урока:

1. 1. Начало урока. Введение обучающихся в атмосферу иноязычного общения:

• Good morning! I’m very glad to see you. Please, sit down and let’s begin our lesson. Who’s on duty today? Are all present today?

2. Речевая зарядка:

- Look at the 1^st slide and listen to the poem (наэкранеслайд №1).

My Russia

I greatly love my Motherland,

It’s forests, people, lakes,

It’s cities, kind and friendly people,

It’s rivers, children, plains.

Let Russia be more richer,

Much stronger, powerful more.

We have the blue sky, lovely people,

We’re happy all and there is no war!

• What shall we speak about today? What are the key words in the poem? Today we shall speak about Russia, its cities, their history and culture.

The theme of the lesson is The Golden Ring.

The aim of the lesson is to learn about one of the most popular touristic route in Russia, its cities and make project lists for foreign tourists.

Thus, today we are going to read, to listen, to speak and to write.

1. Работа с текстом:

• Please, open your textbooks on page 28 and 29. Task A: read the text about The Golden Ring quickly and choose the correct answers. Now you work individually. Before reading look at the 2^nd slide (наэкранеслайд №2). There are some words which can be difficult for you to understand. They are:

• Exercise B, page 28: read the text again. Decide if these sentences true or false. Find evidence in the text. You may work in pairs.

• Exercise C, page 28: match the words in bold in the text with their definitions. Look at the 3^rd slide (на экране слад №3).

3. Работа над проектом:

- Now you work in groups and make projects about Vladimir, Suzdal and Sergiev Posad. I ask a representative from each group come and choose a card. These are project plans. You also get stunning pictures with the views of the cities. Use them in your projects.
