Основными целями данного мероприятия являются совершенствование коммуникативной компетенции обучающихся в чтении, аудировании, говорении и письме на английском языке; подготовка к ЕГЭ; развитие творческих способностей и интереса к иностранному языку; способствование экологическому воспитанию школьников; распространение опыта работы по преподаванию иностранного языка.

Формой проведения выбрана деловая игра: Summit «большой девятки», так как в Новоильинском районе г. Новокузнецка 9 школ.

Работая совместно над решением поставленных на “Summit” задач, учащиеся применяют свои знания, умения, навыки в творческой форме, создав мини-проект: плакат в защиту окружающей среды.

Деловая игра “SummitG9” была проведена на базе «МОУ СОШ «13» учителями английского языка названного образовательного учреждения среди старшеклассников района (обучающиеся 9-11 классов по 5 человек от каждой школы) 02.12.2009.

“Good afternoon, dear guests! We are glad to see you! Welcome to our event “Summit G9” which is devoted to ecological problems. Meet our participants: the delegation of school 59, the delegation of school 32, the delegation of school 14, the delegation of school 65, the delegation of school 77, the delegation of school 107, the delegation of school 94, the delegation of school 36 and the host of the event – school 13!

Meet our judges – English teachers from these schools!

Each delegation gets a sheet of paper with some tasks.

The members of a delegation have to discuss pointed problems and find a solution as soon as possible.

Recycling is one of the best ways to help protect our environment. When we recycle we 1) collect waste or used materials and 2) reuse them to make new products. The items that are typically recycled are aluminium cans, glass bottles, paper, wood and plastic. There are three main 3) steps in recycling. First we collect these items, then we prepare them into a material which we finally use to make new products. Recycling can help save energy and important resources. It can also 4) reduce the amount of rubbish we produce and the space needed for our waste. It is simple and easy.
