1. Good afternoon, children! I’m glad to see you!How are you today? First of all, I suggest you watch some video and guess what we are going to speak about at our lesson. (Просмотрвидеоролика)

2. What have you seen?
Tell me, please, what the topic of our lesson is?
The topic of our lesson is “Our planet”. (Cлайдсназваниемурока)
What do we know about our planet?

3. Who has the passport? Our planet has a passport too. Look! Let’s complete the passport of our planet. Fill in the gaps.

4. We are the people who live on the Earth. Do you think, we always do something for saving our planet, or we destroy our planet?
What can wedo for ourplanet?(слайд)

Take care of the environment!

Do not pick wild flowers.

Do not litter the ground with cans, paper, bottles.

Do not frighten animals.

Do not harm plants.

Feed birds and help them.

Plant trees and flowers.

Recycle used materials such as metal, bottles and paper.

Help to keep all water clean.

Why are forests disappearing all over the world?

6. You see, our planet is in danger. And let’s think what we can do to save our planet. Do you know? Listen to the dialogue please, understand, and answer my question. What can we do to save our planet? Are you ready? Let’s start.
Listen and fill in the gaps with the correct word.

Dave:  Hi Tim. What’s up?
Tim: Oh, hi Dave! ...?
Dave: Oh, I’ve joined the Eco-helpers club.
Tim: Oh yeah, I’ve heard about that. Sally … in the park every Saturday morning, doesn’t?
Dave: That’s right. She’s been doing that for a month. I’ve been building nesting boxes.
Tim: … ?
Dave: Well, there aren’t many trees left in the city for birds to build their nests. If we don’t help them, they will have to leave the city.
Tim: That’s interesting. What else have you been doing?
