Статья «Внеурочная работа с учащимися 4 класса

на занятиях по английскому языку»

На внеурочных занятиях есть возможность использовать все преимущества обучения языку. Внеклассная работа отличается от учебной своей вариативностью и разнообразием. Здесь высвобождается весь творческий потенциал учителя. Во-первых, не нужно быть привязанным
к школьной учебной программе. Во-вторых, можно моделировать уроки, исходя из нужд, потребностей и интересов учащихся. В-третьих, уже через несколько занятий виден результат и польза от таких занятий: дети улучшают свои показатели в учебном процессе. И еще, это видно из того, как дети посещают такие занятия – они их стараются не пропускать даже тогда, когда занятия выносятся на «нулевые» уроки. Учащиеся сами видят успехи
в усвоении грамматического и лексического материала и умение им пользоваться. А когда приходит понимание, появляется и интерес к предмету, и к грамматике в частности. Развивается память, улучшается качество
и скорость образовательного процесса. У учащихся формируются прочные грамматические навыки, которые помогают им преодолеть страх при устных высказываниях: дети перестают бояться сделать ошибку.

Повышается также мотивация к изучению языка, так как ребята могут участвовать в чатах с собеседниками на английском языке. Они видят пользу занятий внеурочной деятельности и понимают и с увлечением учатся.

Внеурочные занятия в 4-м классе продолжают серию занятий, начатых в 3-м классе. Только в этом цикле появляются еще задания по аудированию
(с голоса учителя). Данные уроки начинаются с аудирования и тем самым помогают учащимся сосредоточить свое внимание на занятии. Тексты для аудирования стараюсь подбирать несложные, фабульные, интересные
и забавные. Даю детям время выполнить задания по аудированию, и затем мы все вместе проверяем и комментируем их.

Занятия по внеурочной деятельности также проводятся один раз
в неделю, и дети с удовольствием на них ходят. В данном цикле таких разработанных уроков – 24. Задания к ним тесно связаны с УМК Английский язык для 4 класса школ с углубленным изучением английского языка; авторы И.Н. Верещагина и О.В. Афанасьева.

Здесь представляю три текста по аудированию к трем урокам. И ниже, за текстами идут три авторских урока по внеурочной деятельности.

Тексты по аудированию

Урок 1 (Pif)

Pif is a funny little dog. There are a lot of books about Pif. English children like to read them. Now you can read about Pif, too.

Pif wants to go for a walk. He puts on his blue jeans, a grey sweater, brown boots, a red cap and goes for a walk.

Suddenly it begins to rain. Pif hasn’t got an umbrella. He is cold. He is very cold.

He sees a tree. He runs up to the tree and sits down under it. “How can I get home, I wonder?” Pif thinks. “I don’t want to sit here all alone under the tree. I’m cold and hungry. I want to get home. But how can I? I haven’t got an umbrella. Where can I get one? Oh, that’s a good idea!”

Pif takes the tree like an umbrella and goes home. I don’t think that Pif did the right thing. And what do you think?

Урок 2 (I’m never going to do it again)

Do you know me, friends? I am a mouse. My name is Mitsy. My parents, my brother and I live under a tree. I love my family. And I think they love me, too.

Last week I was three. In the morning Mum and Dad gave me a box and said: “That’s for you, dear Mitsy! You are three today.” I opened the box. And what did I see there? I saw a lot of tasty things there: apples, bananas, oranges, cheese. And my brother gave me three big carrots.

In the evening my friends came. They knew that I was three that day. They gave me very many sweets. We had a very good time – we ran about the house, played games and of course, we ate all the food. The sweets that my friends brought me, were so tasty, that I ate them all!

My friends went home at nine o’clock in the evening. I went to bed at 10 o’clock. When mother saw me in the morning, she said: “Mitsy, dear, you look terrible! What’s the matter with you?” “Oh, Mum, I have a terrible stomachache! I ate a lot of sweets yesterday. I’m never going to do it again!”

Урок 3 (Pall, the Parrot)

Poll was a nice green parrot. He lived in London with Tom and Tom’s parents. Poll was their friend. Poll liked to talk. He talked from morning till night. When he heard a knock at the door, he said, “Who’s there?: Who’s there?”

In the morning he said , “Tom, get up! Tom, good morning! Get up, Tom!” Then he said, “Tom, wash your hands! Wash your hands1”

Every day when Tom came home from school, Poll said, “Do your lessons, Tom! Do your lessons!”

Tom liked to play football. He played football three or four hours a day. So, when Poll saw him with a football in his hands, he said, “Again football, Tom! Again football!”
