Рождеству

СОВЕРШЕНСТВОВАНИЕ ПРОИЗНОСИТЕЛЬНЫХ И ЛЕКСИЧЕСКИХ НАВЫКОВ.

ЗНАКОМСТВО С ТРАДИЦИЯМИ СТРАНЫ ИЗУЧАЕМОГО ЯЗЫКА.

ВОСПИТАНИЕ ДОБРОЖЕЛАТЕЛЬНОГО ОТНОШЕНИЯ ДРУГ К ДРУГУ.

Вед. 1: And do you know anything about this holiday?

Вед. 2: А вы что-нибудь знаете об этом празднике?

Вед. 1:Cristmas Day is celebrated on the 25^th of December. It is the most popular holiday in

Britain. It is a family holiday.

Вед. 2: Рождество празднуется 25 декабря. Это самый популярный праздник в

Великобритании. Это семейный праздник.

Вед. 1: And do you know what the star on the top of the tree mean?

Вед. 2: А вы знаете, что означает звезда на верхушке ёлки?

Вед. 1: On the Eve of the Christmas children hang their stockings so that Santa Claus could put

presents into them: oranges, sweets, nuts. If the child didn’t behave properly Santa Claus

put a piece of a coal as punishment.

Вед. 2: В канун Рождества дети вешают свои носки, чтобы Санта Клаус мог положить

подарки в них: апельсины, конфеты, орехи. А если ребёнок не вёл себя как следует

Санта Клаус мог положить кусочек угля в качестве наказания.

Вед. 1: Do you know how Santa Claus gets into the houses?

Вед. 2: А вы знаете как Санта Клаус попадает в дома?

Вед.1: Santa Claus always goes with the bell to drive bad spirits away. That’s why all people

decorate their homes and New Year trees with the bells. They shout, dance and sing merry

songs. One of these songs you will listen right now.

Вед 2.: Санта Клаус всегда ходит с колокольчиком, чтобы отогнать злых духов. Вот

почему все люди стали украшать свои дома и ёлки колокольчиками. Они также

танцуют, кричат и поют весёлые песни в этот праздник. Одну из таких песен вы

сейчас и услышите.

Лиса (после того, как звери выгоняют её): That’sOK. You don’twant me. Then I’ll go to the

magic Christmas party at school number 5.

/лиса выходит в зал к детям/

вы можете задать им свои вопросы, но только на английском языке.

(A house in the wood. The mouse comes up to the house. The Frog is at the window)

The mouse: Who lives in this house, house, house?

The Frog: I do. I am a frog and I live in this house. And Who are you?

The Mouse: I am a mouse. May I live in your house?

The Frog: Yes, you may. Come in, please!

Children: Here is a house in the wood, wood, wood

A cock is running through the wood, wood, wood

She stops at the door, door, door

She asks at the door, door, door

The cock: Who lives in this house, house, house?

The Frog and The Cock (together): We do.

The Frog: I am a frog.

The Mouse: And I am a mouse.

Together: And who are you?

The Frog, the Cock, the Hen and the Mouse: Oh, no, you are a bad fox! Go away! We don’t want you.

Scene I

Author: Now we’ll show you a funny Christmas story about Little Red Riding Hood. Let me

introduce our characters.

This is Little Red Riding Hood. She is a very nice girl. This is her mother. She is very

kind. This is her grandmother. She is old and very kind, too. This is a bad, bad wolf.

These are hunters. They are very brave. And now let us start.

Little Red Riding Hood: My name is Little Red Riding Hood. Hello, children.

Children: Hello, Little Red Riding Hood.

(Little Red Riding Hood goes out)

Mother: Little Red Riding Hood, Little Red Riding Hood! Where are you?

Little Red Riding Hood: I am here, mother. What’s the matter?

(Little Red Riding Hood comes in)

Mother: Little Red Riding Hood! Today is your grandmother’s birthday. Take a cake, some apples and a jug of honey to her.

Little Red Riding Hood: All right, Mother.

Mother: Don’t speak to anybody on the way. Don’t stop in the wood. And don’t pick any flowers or mushrooms there.

Little Red Riding Hood: All right, dear Mother. Good-bye!

Mother: Good-bye, darling.

(Little Red Riding Hood goes out)

Scene II

(Little Red Riding Hood in the wood)

Little Red Riding Hood: How nice it is in the wood. There are many trees, flowers and mushrooms. I’ll pick some flowers for my grandmother.

Hunters: Good morning, Little Red Riding Hood. How are you?

Little Red Riding Hood: Good morning, Hunters. I am fine, thanks. And how are you?

Hunters: We are fine, too.

Butterflies: Good morning, Little Red Riding Hood. What a lovely day!

(The wolf appears)

The Wolf: I am big and grey. I live in the wood. I want to eat up Little Red Riding Hood.

Butterflies: Go away, go away, you bad wolf!

The wolf: Hush! (he goes up to Little Red Riding Hood) Good morning, Little Red Riding Hood.

Little Red Riding Hood: Good morning, Mr. Wolf.

The Wolf: Where are you going, Little Red Riding Hood?

Little Red Riding Hood: I am going to my grandmother. It’s her birthday today. I take a cake, some apples and honey to her.

The Wolf: Where does she live, your grandmother?

Little Red Riding Hood: She lives in a little house in the wood near the river.

The Wolf: Is it far from here?

Little Red Riding Hood: No, it is not.

The Wolf: Well, good-buy, Mr. Wolf.

Butterflies: Don’t trust him. Don’t trust him.

Scene III

(The Wolf comes to Grandmother’s house and knocks at the door)

Grandmother: Who is there?

The Wolf: It’s me, Little Red Riding Hood.

The Grandmother: Come in, darling.

(The Wolf runs up to Grandmother and eats her up.

The Wolf puts on Grandmother’s dress and cap and lies in bed.

Soon Little Red Riding Hood appears near Grandmother’s house)

Little Red Riding Hood (singing): Clap, clap, clap

Rap, rap, rap,

I’m knocking at the door,

Tap, tap, tap.

The Wolf: Who is there?

Little Red Riding Hood: It’s me, Little Red Riding Hood.

The Wolf: Come in, my dear.

Little Red Riding Hood: Good morning, Granny.

(Little Red Riding Hood puts the basket on the table and comes up to Granny’s bed)

Little Red Riding Hood: What big eyes you have, Granny.

The Wolf: The better to see you, my dear.

Little Red Riding Hood: What big ears you have, Granny!

The Wolf: The better to hear you, my dear.

Little Red Riding Hood: What sharp teeth you have, Granny!

The Wolf; The better to eat you up!

(And the Wolf jumps out of the bed and wants to catchLittle Red Riding Hood, who is shouting: “Help, help!”

Grandmother and the Hunter come in. The Hunter shoots and the Wolf falls down)

Grandmother: Oh, thank you very much!

The Hunter: Oh, it’s really nothing

Auther: That’s the end of the story. Did you like it, children?

Children: Yes, we did! Thank you!
