Teacher shows sounds and children respond : sound [ k ] for car, cat… T: You will get a star for your right answer. T: English pupils want to know about you . Let’s answer them. CH: -What’s your name? My name is…. -How old are you? I’m 7. -What do you do in the morning? -I wash my face and my hands. -I comb my hair . -I brush my teeth -I take my books -I put on my coat -And I go to school . How do you get to school? I get to school on foot. ( by bus, by bike, by train, by tram ) Warm up : T: Thank you ! Very good! English pupils want to know what can you do. Let’s do morning exercises . P1- Hands to the side ! Presentation of the new theme : Animals like … English pupils want to know about animals. Teacher asks pupils : What about the lesson? CH: Animals T: So the theme of our lesson : Animals like…. . T: There are animals that live in the farm- it is a cow, in the forest – it is a bear , in the Jungle- it is a monkey and your pet . It’s a cat. Teacher shows the slide. What do they eat ? So we have to learn new words: grass- трава /шөп,bugs-қоңыз/ жук , leaves- листья –жапырақ , banana- . Alina come to the blackboard and show me grass, leaves, bugs , banana, milk . MEMORY GAME T: Let’s play. Teacher shows pictures of new words . from covered material for 1 minute. After that teacher takes away pictures and pupils try to name pictures in order. The more they name the better. T: What do the animals eat? Cows like grass and don’t like eggs. Bear like bugs and leaves and don’t like chips, monkeys like bananas and don’t like cold cheese , cats like hot milk and don’t like juice.. Group work : pupils make up the word with the given letters. T:Ley’s try to answer to English pupils what animals like and don’t like . First of all let’s give the name to each group . First group make up the word cows with the given letters .These animals live in the farm . The second group- bears. These animals live in forest, and the third group is monkeys . These animals live in the jungle. Ok , children . Feedback: Teacher gives pictures to each group and gives the tasks: You must say what an animal eats Cows match the pictures .what animals like: bears what animals don’t like , monkeys what animals like and don’t like. FEEDBACK What mark shall we put to this group? . Evaluation of the lesson by means of oral feedback from students – thumbs up HOME TASK: T: Your home task is to draw an animal and what it eats.
