The interest of the student is the most important condition for achieving success in education and upbringing, and, consequently, your success as a professional. A true Master, a Master of his work is very easy to recognize - it is enough to analyze the child's well-being, the degree of his psychological comfort, interest in learning. Feeling of comfort, security and a high level of interest in the activities organized by the teacher are the main indicators of the teacher's high skill. However, unfortunately, not one textbook will teach you this, you will have to master it yourself. The main thing, as it often happens in life, remains behind the scenes.

The teacher achieves the highest skill when in the classroom everyone is keen on the teaching work, when the pupils of the kindergarten do not want to go home when the child feels an impatient desire to come as soon as possible tomorrow and continue the exciting pursuits. This kind of pedagogy can be called Art, and Teacher who creates it - Master. "The path to mastery is not easy, but it fills the whole human life with meaning. We wish you to go this way and feel the joy and happiness of joint success. Joint, because in pedagogy success can only be common - a talented teacher and talented students. The main activities of the teacher this, above all, the conduct of the learning process, as well as the educational impact on students. As part of educational work, the teacher helps students become a person who can be in harmony with society. Educational process is carried out by means of various methods, allowing to manage the activity of students. And educational activities help develop his cognitive abilities. It is fair to say that combining educational and pedagogical activities is very difficult. The teacher will need special knowledge and skills. One of the advantages of the profession of a teacher can be called that, thanks to his work, it is possible to form a person, a real Man. Ultimately, the teacher is obliged not only to convey information, but to teach the child to search for it independently, master and draw conclusions. That is, help him acquire the skills that he will enjoy throughout his life. And it is the teacher who must be able to discern the potential inherent in the child, and not evaluate it according to generally accepted criteria and norms.

Perhaps the most indispensable and obligatory qualities for the teacher are: emotional balance, self-control and cheerfulness. It is very important that the teacher is friendly towards his pupils, regardless of their attitude towards him. This profession also implies the teacher's ability to resolve any conflicts without resorting to pressure. Also, the teacher should be able to different styles of communication: formal and informal. It is very important that he can become a true friend for his students; a person who is trustworthy. Of course, to earn such a reputation from the teacher will take a lot of effort. However, it's worth it. Do not forget that to develop this profession is not enough just a desire and some skills, you need a vocation. This is especially important for those who choose the profession of a primary school teacher. The thing is that they have to make special efforts to establish contact with children, to make the educational process not only useful, but also interesting. And the educational role of the teacher in this case is more important. Do not also neglect the opportunity to keep up with the times. To do this, the teacher needs such qualities as curiosity and a desire to learn. In addition, the teacher may need the ability to recognize, the fact that not every question he knows the answer. It is this quality that will enable him to gain the authority and trust of students.
