Cценарий открытого урока в 8 классе в рамках недели иностранного языка 2020-2021 учебного года

На этом уроке мы расширяем знание о театрах в России и Калмыкии, узнаем о московских и калмыцких театрах. Ставим небольшую сценку. Также узнаем о традициях, обычаях и особенностях театральной жизни и т.д. Знакомимся с творчеством Шекспира. Пробуем составить анонсы к театральным постановкам.

недели иностранного языка – 2020-2021 учебного года.

Цель урока:

  • Развитие навыка аудирования.

  • Расширение знаний учащихся о театрах в России и Калмыкии.

  • Развитие просмотрового чтения

  • Активизировать коммуникативные навыки на основе монологических и диалогических высказываний учащихся.

  • Обучение учащихся познавательной деятельности на уроке.

  • Воспитание эстетических качеств.

Задачи:

Активизация пройденного лексико-грамматического материала.

Развитие учебно-познавательной компетенции.

Развитие творческих и лингвистических способностей.

Развитие умений и навыков учащихся средствами изучаемого иностранного языка о кинотеатрах;

Тип урока: Совершенствование знаний, умений, навыков, полученных ранее, и применение усвоенного материала.

Оснащение урока: Аудиозапись, слайды, карточки, магнитная доска, цветные карандаши, фломастеры.

Ход урока

I. Орг. Момент.

1.Приветствие: Hello, dear students. What is your mood in the beginning of our lesson? I see you are well. On your desks there are two kinds of masks. Choose one mask which reflects your mood now. OK, then. You see guests, they are our teachers. Please greeted them. Уч-сяздороваютсясучителями.

Let's start our lesson. Look at the screen (слайды: Московскиетеатры). The theme of our lesson is... I hope, you’ve already suspected, what is the topic of our lesson?Pupil 1 – it's Theatre.Yes, that’s right.

2.Установканаурок.T: Today at our lesson we will speak about…. theatres and plays. Then we will practice reading and speaking. This is our plan for today.You know that theatre is means of cultural education of people. At the end of the lesson I want you to tell me how theatre influences on our mind.

3. T – I'd like you to name the arts which you have seen on the screen to complete the spider-graph (choose the card with the name of the art).

T: Theatre is a place where you can see a play staged. It is also one of entertainments. We are to admit that theatre is not popular now as it used to be. But still there are hundreds of theatres where the audiences are exited at the prospect of seeing a play and the actors are most encouraged by the warm reception. What words come to mind when you pronounce the word "theatre’?

II. Актуализация лексики по теме «Театр»

Teacher – Today we are speaking about theatre. In every country theatre has its own history, traditions and peculiarities. We'll speak about some historical pages and your attitude to the theatre. Firstly, we ought to revise the vocabulary on the topic "Theatre". Let’s enter to the theatre. What can we see there?

  1. Complete a wordfork (на экране дефиниции, учащиеся читают их и находят ответ на столе и крепят на доске).

 

Make-up (Something actors and actresses put on their faces to change their appearances.)

 

A House (The part of a theatre/cinema where the audience sits.)

 

A Foyer (A large area inside the theatre/cinema where people meet or wait; walk in the interval.)

Theatre

An usher (A person who shows people where their seats are.)

A designer (A person whose job is to design things by making drawings of them.)

A conductor (Someone who stands in front of a group of musicians or singers and directs their playing or singing.)

 

A star (A very famous and popular actor/actress.)

 

A dressing room (A room where a performer can get dressed.)

 

A tragedy (A sad or serious play in the theatre.)

 

A cast (People who take part in a particular show.)

2.Аудирование.Работасучебником.T:Now pupils, please, open your books at page. You’ll listen to the text about young W. Shakespeare’s years.(Слайд). Listen to it attentively and do the task.

Now let`s go on to speak about theatres . You have to complete the sentences using the parts of the table:

IV.Театрализация.T – A lot of children in our school perform in different plays. Do you want to feel the atmosphere of theatre? They will try to show their artistic skills. (учащиесяпоказывают сценку).

Is it serious or curious situation?

Liya: This theatre is beautiful! Perfect surroundings for an opera! (Девочки опаздывают, мешают смотреть представление).

T-Girls, why are so late?

Ilyana: Sorry! I agree! So… where are we sitting? In the stalls?

P1- Tssss…..

Liya: No, the stalls were fully booked. Our seats are somewhere in the circle.

Ilyana: Oh, that’s ok… which raw are we on?

P2- It’s not your row! Oh, excuse us.

Liya: Well, let’s see… Our tickets say W10 and W11 so that’s… err… P3 – Shame on you, girls. five… six rows up from here… Oh no! We’re in the very back row!

Ilyana: Oh, my goodness, I can hardly see the stage!

Liya: Look! There’s a whole row of empty seats a few rows further down.

P4 – Please, be quite, girls… Let’s move over there!

Ilyana: I don’t know. They might be reserved…

Liya: I don’t think so. The performance is about to start!

Liya: Ok, let’s risk it!

P5 – Oh, no, it’s impossible!

Liya: Again, excuse us…..Ah, that’s better…

P6- Oh, my god, at last! Oh, no!

Ilyana: What’s now?

Liya: The man who just sat down in front of me is really tall! I can’t see a thing!

It is a curious situation.

V. Этап формирования диалогического высказывания. T:Now it is time to speak about theatre to each other. The boys and the girls will speak the dialogues and point the mistakes. I wonder who’ll be the first?

P1: Do you often go to the theatre?

P2: Yes, I do. I'm a theatre-lover.

P3: I don't go to the theatre very often. I can't say that I am a theatre-goer.

P1: What is your favourite theatre?

P2: My favourite theatre is the Bolshoi Theatre, which is world-famous for its ballet and opera.P3: I like to visit drama theatres such as the Maly Theatre, Moscow Art Theatre, etc...

P1: Do you prefer matinees or evening performances? Where do you like to have seats?

P2: I prefer evening performances which start at 7 o'clock. I like to seat in the fifth row.

P3: I usually have seats in the stalls or in the balcony.

P1: Are seats in the balcony much cheaper than those in the stalls?Mistake

P1: Do you prefer to buy the tickets in advance or right before the performance?

P2: Yes, they are. Mistake

P3: They are much cheaper but less convenient.

P2: I usually buy the tickets at the box-office or at the theatre agency five days in advance.

P3: I buy the tickets right before the performance.

P1: What play did you see last?

P2: The play I saw was based on a novel by a well-known Russian writer N.V.Gogol. It’s “Revizor”

P3: It was “Revizor” at Maly Theatre.

P1: How did you like the play?

P2: I liked it.

P3: I think it was a waste of time.

P1: Was the acting good?

P2: The acting was excellent

P3: Not bad.

- All right. What mistakes were there in the boy's speeches?

VI. T: Teacher: Shakespeare’s works have great influence on English. Much sayings and quotations came from his works. Many of his expressions have become part of the language. These sayings are known to everybody and they are widely used.

T:I’ll read these quotations in English and you must match them and their translations. (слайды )

VII. T: Now, one more interesting task. Students, look at the blackboard. What did you see there? Of course, the advertisements. They invite us to the theatres. I want you to write and, may be draw your own advertisements, and invite each other to go to the theatre. Take these sheets of papers. The pictures of theatres are drawn here. Then I’ll give you color pencils and felt-tip-pens. Let’s start our work. Good luck!
