(Играет восточная музыка и на сцену выходят танцовщицы. Выходит султан в центр. Музыка становится тише и громким голосом говорит султан)

Sultan: Oh, Salam and good evening to you, dear citizens and visitors, rich princes and gentlemen! Please, come closer and listen. Welcome to Agrabah! This city of mystery is waiting for its hero. The star of all nights is looking for her prince! My gorgeous daughter, Jasmine! The precious flower of desert. Come and try to win her heart! Let’s see who turns out to be the real lucky one.

(Танцовщицы танцуют в арабском стиле)

Author: In one Persian city of Agrabah there lived a poor young thief called Aladdin. He lived with his mother and their life would have been common and trivial but for his wonderful meeting with a stranger on a Persian Bazar.

Scene 1

(Музыка. Танцовщицы, переодетые торговцами, в чалмах, с коврами на которых они размещаются сами иразмещают свои товары. Торгуют, зазывают покупателей из зала. Торговцы тоже танцуют перед тем как усесться торговать)

-Come; look at the best spices in Agrabah.

-Buy tastiest fruit and nuts here.

-Jewels for true beauty. Come, try on and buy rubies, diamonds and emeralds.

(Выходит Аладдин и пытается что-то стащить у торговцев, но все его знают и прячут от него все, либо хлопают по рукам. Появляется дородный богатый господин. Аладдин специально сталкивается с ним.)

RichMan: Ohbecareful!Watch your step poor fool!!!

Aladdin: Asalamu alaykum Said Haji! Have I stepped on your treasures feet? Oh, curse on my head. Excuse the poor fool!

Rich Man: Leave me alone dirty vagabond! While listen your sweet talk you better watch your pouch. (Ощупываетсебя,вселинаместе) Who are you and what do you want?

Aladdin: Oh great Said Haji, you are my last chance. It’s so difficult to get by. Can you donate some money for your miserable servant to study at Brahman’s school?

Scene 2.

(рассматриваетлампу)

What is it? What a strange ancient lamp. Maybe it’s magic… and why is it so dirty?

Well, at least I have this ancient lamp… (Алладин трет лампу и появляется Джинн. Аладдин от удивления падает)

BUUUMMMM!!! (джин танцует и демонстрирует свои навыки поп звезды)

Genie: (счастливо и воодушевленно)I’malive!!!Finally I’m here! Fresh air! Space enough! Young man, you are my savior!

Aladdin: Who are you? A magician? How did a big man like you fit in this lamp?

Genie: Well. I am a great Genie. I was the slave of this lamp. I've been imprisoned for a thousand years! You saved me and now you are my master. I'll do everything you want, master. But I have one condition. You need to help me with my dream.

Aladdin: (задумался и подозрительно спрашивает) Andwhatisyourdream?

Genie: Oh, it’s the greatest dream. Most of all in the world I want it to be fulfilled!

Aladdin: So tell me!

Genie: Ok, but it’s a secret…I want to be a popular singer!

Aladdin:(растерянно) It is quite…surprisingly. Well, I’ll help you if you help me first. Mutually profitable business!

Genie:(воодушевленно)I agree. Now tell me what you need.

(Принцесса идет в окружении прислужниц, все падают на пол, Аладдин смотрит влюбленным взглядом. Звучитмузыка.)

(Аладдин все еще на земле, но перевернулся на спину, закинул ногу на ногу, а руки за голову. Мечтает о принцессе)

(музыка для фона, лирическая)

Музыка затихает выходит мама

Scene 3.

(Мама Аладина идет по улице и спотыкается об лежащего сына)

Mother: Oh holly goat milk! Son? What are you doing here? Why are you laying on the ground? Your old mother is doing laundry every day no matter of the pain in her back.

Look at him, people! My clever boy decided to collect all the dust from the streets of Agrabah. And who is going to wash your pants? Me, of course! Why don’t you appreciate it?

Aladdin: Mother, dear…

Mother: So what now? (зло)

Aladdin: I love Jasmin.

Scene 4. (агрессивная арабская музыка)

(Дворец. Султан возмущен и кричит на мать Аладдина. Девушки танцовщицы обмахивают султана опахалом.)

Sultan: Outstanding insolence!

Madness!

What arrogance!

How dare you! How dare you, poor old woman, even propose such ideas to me, your Sultan!

Mother: Oh, my son will do everything possible to become a good husband of our Princess.

(Девушки что-то шепчут султану, султан говорит с улыбкой)

Sultan: Well, Hi-hi-hi. I've got a brilliant idea! I'll let Aladdin marry my daughter if…if.. he brings... a large chest of gold and build a new golden palace for Jasmine. If not…. his head will be cut off!(Злобныймужскойсмех)

(Промежуточнаямузыка)

Scene 5.

Mother: Oh, my son, you are in great danger. You will never be able to do what the Sultan wants you to do. I'd rather kill you than the soldiers would. (готоварасплакаться) What a foolish idea it was…

Aladdin(задумчиво):Well, he asked for a box of gold and a golden palace? (весело)Оk, Sultan, you’ll get it!

Scene 6. (илиздесьссылка 8)

Aladdin (Трет лампу. Появляется джин. Аладдин собирается спросить джана, но джин прикладывает ему палец к губам)

Genie: I remember. Princess Jasmin? Describe her?

Aladdin: It's the most beautiful girl I've ever met! Her voice, her pace... They are charming! Genie, please, help me to earn her love!

Genie:Very strange girl... Is she worthy of your love?

Aladdin: Why are you asking?

Genie:Am...Because...Are you sure that true love begins with a large box of gold and a sparkling palace?

(Появляется Аладдин в одежде богатого принца, танцовщицы окружают его и танцуют. Султан раздраженно хлопает в ладоши, и все умолкают)

Sultan (посмеиваясь): Well, Prince Ali. You are here. Is everything ready for the wedding ceremony?

Aladdin: Yes, Sultan, I’m the only man worthy of your beautiful daughter Princess Jasmine. I can’t wait to see her!

Sultan: Really?

Aladdin: No doubt. Look! Here is the sack of gold you asked me for. Look out of the window. Can you see the gracious palace? But be careful. The palace shines like the sun.

Sultan(задумчиво):Yes, it’s gold. And the palace is just for my daughter. (ОбращаетсякАладдину) Now I see, Prince, you are just the husband for Jasmine.

Scene 8.

Aladdin(умоляет): Dear Jasmine, please, let me see your perfect face and kiss you.

Jasmine: Whatever you want, Ali.

(Поднимает паранджу и показывает всем лицо. Под вуалью скрывается совсем не красавица, с бородавкой на носу и монобровью дама)

Aladdin(внедоумении):Oh! How unexpected… (пятится назад и тихо зовет Джинна) Genie…Genie!Helpme!

(Появляется Джинн. Жасмин делает вид, что не понимает, что происходит).

Genie(спокойно): What happen. Oh my… (очень удивлен, но сразу же кричит на Али).

I told you so! I told you!

Aladdin(бросается к Джинну):Oh,dearGenie.Where is your magic carpet? Please, get me out of here as soon as possible. You’ll be cooler than Elvis Presley! I promise you! (Джиннзакатываетглазаимашетрукой.ОнсАлиисчезают).

Jasmine(убегая): Father, father! We failed again! But promise me, I’ll get the palace this time!

(Все артисты выходят на сцену на поклон. Звучит финальная музыка. Все артисты исполняют танец JaiHo).
