Incorporation of two skills as writing and reading is an efficient way of teaching grammar and new vocabulary. More advanced students enjoy playing games just as much as younger students. It is important to plan games that can challenge various English skills.

‘Broken telephone’ is a fun game usually for listening comprehension and communication between students. Also, it helps to develop pronunciation awareness. This activity is suitable for all students of all ages. However, teaching adults with advanced level, the rules of the game need to be more challenging.Thus, quotations or as complicated sentences or even texts as possible which students must say quickly (for a couple of seconds) and what they remembered they need to pass the information to the next participant. This activity develops listening, speaking and memorizing skills in one activity. However, this game can also stimulate other language skills such as writing and reading. Class need to be divided into two groups with as many participants as possible. Moreover, each group ought to be separated into pairs. Randomly chosen first participant from each group receives a text or a quotation who cannot write the text unless he or she returns it back to the teacher. Then, the text has to be read and written down by memory and passed to the next participant in each group. Participant number two reads and by memory again, writes down and passes the information to the next participant and so on till the last person in each group of students. Afterwards, learners can analyze this task and see where the chain was broken. In my point view, this option of the game is engaging and incorporates writing and reading perfectly.  'Broken Picture Telephone’ target communication skills as well as writing and reading comprehension.

'Broken Picture Telephone' is a game which is ideal for advanced students due to the complicated transmission of the information in a short period of time. Whichever player is randomly selected to play round two creates a drawing based on the text provided in round one. The next randomly selected player writes a description of the drawing from round two. The round four players draw whatever the round three players described, and so on. As a result, students elicit the final version of the text that was given at the beginning of the lesson and make conclusions of this task. To sum up, this way of the game can be both challenging and useful for teaching advanced students with the focus on the fulfilling various skills as speaking, writing and reading.
